One of the multiple benefits of the paddle surf is the improvement of your balance and the cardiovascular system and the stregthening of all the muscles of your body. This excursion lasts 2 hours where you will be accompanied by a professional instructor who give us an explanation of the correct usage of the equipment and sailing techniques, and later will guide us through the established route. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Children over 13 years old must submit an authorization signed by the father, mother or guardian to perform the activity without an adult company
