I am a passionate cook and I run Soqueta. Soqueta is a gastronomic house that seeks to spread and promote Mallorcan cuisine. It is an open, street-level kitchen, because Soqueta aims to provide a simple and direct access to the island way of life, and above all to our gastronomy that shapes our culture. I invite you to cook and enjoy the simplicity, to share a table with the calm that characterizes the island. Everything revolves around an antique kitchen table that belonged to an old Mallorcan farmhouse and which we will bring back to life together.
