Many restaurants on Mallorca offer a fixed price lunchtime ‘menú del día’ during the week. In our quest to try some of the best, we found ourselves at Aromata, in Palma.

Andreu Genestra, the chef hailing from Inca, has been in the media spotlight since his namesake restaurant near Capdepera first gained its Michelin star. Andreu has since opened Aromata, his second restaurant. Aromata has quickly become a hot spot for a weekday lunch in town and it's always buzzing with customers in the middle of the day.
