Die teuersten Immobilienstandorte auf Mallorca entdecken
Mallorca is not just a place for vacations – it is an island full of opportunities for those seeking a luxurious home. According to a study by Tinsa, it ranks among the frontrunners when it comes to expensive real estate. Five of Spain's ten most expensive towns are located here. That may not surprise many, but it is certainly a sign that the island goes far beyond its beaches and picturesque villages. Palma de Mallorca leads the trend with continuously rising prices – no wonder given the mix of city life and coastal proximity. But municipalities like Calvià and Andratx also attract international buyers with their charming atmospheres. Santanyí and Sóller are other gems where values have risen above average in recent years. Particularly striking is the share of international buyers: around 95 percent of all transactions are carried out by foreign buyers – including Germans, Britons and Nordic buyers. This simply shows how highly Mallorca is valued worldwide as a place to live.

Calvià: The Elegant Retreat

Calvià is considered one of Mallorca's most exclusive areas, offering both sea-view villas and charming country houses. With an average price per square meter of around €2,250, the demand for upscale living is clear here. The area has it all: high-quality restaurants, top schools and a lively international community. Its proximity to Palma also makes it ideal for commuters or those who want a bit of city flair.

Andratx: Nature Meets Luxury

Calvià is considered one of Mallorca's most exclusive areas, offering both sea-view villas and charming country houses. With an average price per square meter of around €2,250, the demand for upscale living is clear here. The area has it all: high-quality restaurants, top schools and a lively international community. Its proximity to Palma also makes it ideal for commuters or those who want a bit of city flair.

Palma de Mallorca: Urban Chic

Palma combines the best of both worlds: vibrant city life paired with proximity to the Mediterranean. From modern apartments in Santa Catalina to historic houses in the old town – the variety is impressive. Prices are steadily rising; those who invest here bet on long-term value appreciation. Additionally, Palma performs well year-round with its cultural events and gourmet restaurants.

Santanyí: The Trendsetter in the South

Santanyí is known for its relaxed atmosphere and charming street markets. But luxury is also making its way in: more and more designer villas are being built here on the edge of the Mondragó nature park or along the idyllic coast. With a price increase of 5.5% last year, Santanyí is one of the most dynamic regions in Mallorca in terms of real estate.

Sóller: Picturesque Mountain Village with Style

Sóller has evolved from a traditional mountain village into a hotspot region – especially for lovers of authentic architecture combined with luxury features. Surrounded by orange groves, the region offers a unique mix of closeness to nature and elegance. Many villas offer spectacular views of the Tramuntana mountains; no wonder prices here are steadily rising.
