Over the past years I visited many kitchen showrooms on Mallorca and spoke with designers. In this guide I summarise which companies on the island stand out for quality, consultancy and creativity — ideal if you are planning a new kitchen. Whether you prefer bright, minimalist solutions, rustic wooden accents or a fully connected kitchen with hidden functional details, Mallorca offers specialists for almost every taste. Important tips up front: make appointments, bring measurements and floor plans, ask about lead times (especially before the summer season) and check local service — installation, warranty and spare parts are particularly important on an island. In the sections that follow I describe four places I visited or spent a long time talking with, naming concrete strengths, typical material combinations and practical notes to help you get to a durable, everyday-beautiful kitchen faster.
Birgit Müller – Custom-made kitchens with hidden details
I recall an afternoon at Birgit Müller's showroom in Port Andratx: it smelled of espresso, and samples of aluminium profiles and small leather swatches lay on the table. The company works with great attention to detail and often uses unusual material combinations — aluminium frames, warm woods and targeted leather insets come together here. What I liked most were the clever, hidden solutions: extractor hoods that disappear into the work area, drawers with divided inserts and door mechanisms that sit precisely to a few millimetres. The advice is German-speaking and often aimed at international clients who want a completely individual kitchen. Technically, they now offer networked controls (lighting, ventilation, hot water) that are discreetly integrated into the furniture design. If you need to build on schedule: a short reminder from me — delivery windows are tight in high season. Arrange a planning session early, bring your appliance list (hob, steam oven, etc.) and exact measurements. Prices are in the premium segment; in return you get custom technology and a very well-thought-out interior. My tip: ask for reference projects on the island and request a tour of an installed kitchen — that often shows more than renderings.
BANNI · Elegant Interiors – Full service and Italian lines

Espacio Home Design – Variety under one roof (Miele, SieMatic, Cocinart)
Espacio Home Design is a firm address on the island because several brands and concepts can be found under one roof: from the Miele Centre to SieMatic and to purist Cocinart solutions. I attended one of their showcookings, where local chefs were invited — an ideal opportunity to see appliances in action. Particularly striking is the range of surfaces and colours (for some brands up to 1,900 shades) — ideal if you want a more nuanced palette than just white or wood. Tech enthusiasts appreciate Dupont worktops and the integration of steam ovens and sous-vide modules; families value practical extras like double ovens or pull-out seating for children. Espacio works extensively on a project basis and involves customers early: bring sketches and desired appliances and a personal plan will be created rather than a standard kitchen. Be mindful of lead times: customised elements take time. My tip: use showroom events to try cooking appliances in a relaxed atmosphere and ask directly about components, warranty and cleaning effort.
Arclinea Palma – Precision and individual brand showcase
Arclinea has a compact but fine showroom in Palma's old town (Carrer d'Andrea Doria). Four exhibited kitchens show how technical precision and design work together. On visiting you immediately notice how much functionality matters here: workstations are ergonomically planned, induction hobs sit flush, and the integration of cooling and heating solutions is very cleanly solved. For city apartments this is an excellent address because the concepts are aimed at space-saving yet high-quality solutions. Be sure to make an appointment, as the space is often reserved for design professionals and architects. On site the advisors often talk about local particularities: humidity near the coast, transport through narrow old-town streets and the need for robust surfaces for heavily used holiday rentals. My practical note: ask about installation services on the island and partner companies for electrical and plumbing work — that makes handover much smoother.
