Ses Cases de Fetget is located on the edge of Parc Llevant and feels like a quiet piece of Mallorca you want to keep to yourself. The house preserves characteristics from the 17th century without hiding behind a veneer of tradition – modern furniture and good craftsmanship meet exposed stone walls and arched, tiled ceilings. I like how the grounds offer small paths: a morning walk among almond trees, and in the evening the warm light in the garden when the lights come on. If you want to drive further, you're 15–20 minutes from Porto Cristo or the famous Coves del Drach; golfers will find several courses nearby. The atmosphere is relaxed, not overly luxurious: eight rooms and suites, each with its own charm and careful details. For me it's a place to slow down – a book, a glass of local wine, and the chirping of cicadas are often enough. Practical notes: weekly market in Son Servera on Fridays, car rental recommended, pleasantly mild in winter.
Ses Cases de Fetget – The house and the rooms
At first glance the house appears simple, but it has many small, delightful details. Eight rooms and suites are spread throughout the old building; some rooms show exposed natural stone masonry, others have the traditional, colored clay tiles in the vaulted ceilings. The furnishing is deliberately restrained: clean lines, high-quality materials and a few hand-picked pieces of furniture that give each room character. Practical aspects are well solved – comfortable beds, a simple but efficient air conditioning for hot days and modern, well-designed bathrooms. I asked: the team speaks several languages, so international guests find their way quickly. The grounds are particularly beautiful: mature gardens, paths through almond and olive groves and quiet corners for an outdoor breakfast. In the evening the garden lighting is very atmospheric – not harsh but warm, so you can sit outside for a long time. Those who want to be more active can book horse rides or use the marked hiking trails in Parc Llevant. For families or couples seeking peace, the location is a big plus: far enough from tourist bustle but close to Porto Cristo, beaches and cultural sites. One small note: the limited number of rooms makes the hotel intimate; booking is especially recommended during the almond blossom and summer months.

Day trips: Porto Cristo & Coves del Drach
Porto Cristo is about 15–20 minutes away and is suitable for a market visit, tapas on the promenade or a boat trip to the caves. The Coves del Drach are touristy, but the boat trip on the underground lake is a special experience, especially with children. Can be combined with a late visit to the beach.
Practical information and arrival
Arriving by rental car is easiest; parking is available nearby. The weekly market in Son Servera takes place on Fridays – ideal for fresh produce. Pay attention to check-in times and reserve in advance, especially during the almond blossom and high summer.
