The estate includes about 97 hectares of land, a built-up area of roughly 5,120 square metres, a main house near 1,500 square metres, a guest house about 420 square metres, more than 25 hectares of vineyards, and a winery with capacity for about 50,000 bottles a year, along with a historic chapel, a library, a billiard room, and extensive agricultural and administrative outbuildings.
