Traditional Mallorcan dishes at Es Brollador

Dishes reflect simple, seasonal Mallorcan cooking: sepia frita with peppers, young garlic, spring onions and sea fennel; rice with cuttlefish and prawns; sobrasada with vegetables; pork tenderloin with sobrasada; and lamb with honey.
