Answer
What changed for Mallorca vacation rentals under Royal Decree 1312/2024?
Vacation rentals advertised online now need a standard registration number and a cadastral reference. That makes the formal registration process more important than before and gives authorities a clearer basis for checking listings. For many owners, the biggest challenge is not the rule itself but keeping paperwork fully up to date.
