Caro and Andreas Robens invited to a theme party at their newly renovated house in Ses Palmeres. About 70 guests, a red carpet and lots of laughter — that’s how the evening looked.
A loud, colorful night in Ses Palmeres
On Saturday evening, tip-tap echoed along the gravel path to the house in Ses Palmeres: red shoes, sunglasses in flashlight light, and a queue of guests laughing a bit too loudly. Caro and Andreas Robens had invited to a theme party—with the wink of a couple that knows exactly how to provoke and celebrate.
Red carpet, drinks and familiar faces
About 70 people gathered, some knew each other, others arrived with curiosity. On the small red carpet, visitors posed, cameras clicked, and by the pool colorful cocktails stood. Among the guests were actor Martin Semmelrogge, YouTuber Stefan 'Schmidi' Schmidt and former host Jörg Dahlmann. The influencer duo Lisha and Lou also wandered around, had their pictures taken, and stayed late.
The hosts had the theme clearly in mind: flashy, a bit over the top, and with broad smiles. Gold chains, sunglasses at dusk, and jangling chains – all in the name of fun, not restraint. In Mallorca, such a thing naturally fuels conversation; in the cafes the next morning you could still hear one or two anecdotes.
A house that tells stories
The property sits on a large plot; the style is not factory-new, but it has character. About 300 square meters of living space, several bedrooms, six bathrooms, a terrace and, of course, a pool that evening threw reflections of light like disco balls. Caro and Andreas told guests they had tackled much themselves: from window replacement to new seals to a completely renovated electrical system. Four dogs and a cat watched the proceedings as if checking their own guest lists.
A line that Andreas let slip at the edge: 'If the heating acts up again, we'll call the craftsmen—but without drama.' That says a lot: a house in Mallorca needs to be cared for, and especially with older properties you quickly see where the work lies. Oil-fired central heating, neoprene seals and a thorough renovation have given the place a cosier touch.
Between uproar and merriment
Such evenings are not a political issue; they are entertainment. You may like them or not. On the island there is room for both: down-to-earth Mediterranean living and loud parties where voices waft over the pool until late. The Robens achieved exactly that: attention, laughter and images people will still talk about—at least until the next theme.
Conclusion: A private celebration that was more than just champagne by the pool. A little bit of mischief, lots of show, and a house that, at the end of the evening, felt like a home again—with a few more stories in tow than before.
