In 2002 François de la Villethéart, a name many on Mallorca know, started with a simple but groundbreaking idea. At that time, re-registering vehicles for foreigners was an almost insurmountable obstacle – bureaucracy, language barriers and endless procedures stood between them and their goal. With a clear concept and a lot of personal commitment, François founded mas Service to solve exactly these problems.

The small company quickly became known for its efficiency and multilingual advice. But François saw even more potential: demand for insurance grew in parallel, and so mas Versicherungen was created. What began as a complement has since developed into one of the most respected insurance agencies in Spain.

Generational change: continuity and innovation

In 2022 Anett Kempcke took over the management of mas Service. After years of close collaboration with François, she continues to lead the company in the same direction – dedicated and customer-oriented. Both companies still share the office building in Son Verí Nou, enabling short distances and direct communication.
