Mild late-summer weather in Cala Millor – beach strolls instead of rain
Lightly cloudy, pleasantly warm: Cala Millor shows its relaxed side today. Perfect for walks along the Passeig de la Playa, a glass of white wine at the pier around 5:00 PM and no rain jacket in your bag.
Lightly cloudy, but anything but boring
I was briefly this morning at the Passeig de la Playa — coffee in hand, the foam still in the cup and a breeze carrying salt from the sea. The sky over Cala Millor is moderately cloudy, but it feels more like a gentle exhale after a summer day: pleasant, without being sticky. Those planning a beach walk can safely leave their rubber boots at home. A light cardigan for the evening, however, is not a bad idea, and if you enjoyed this scene you might also like Cala Millor relaxed: Clouds, warm air and a walk along the Passeig del Mar.
Temperatures: pleasant and reliable
The thermometers are moving in a very comfortable range: the minimum was around 16.48 °C, the maximum is expected to be about 24.49 °C. As early as 9:00 AM the thermometer already showed a nice 19.05 °C. During the day values around 23.7 °C will be reached, in the afternoon slightly below at about 23.45 °C. The night also remains mild at around 21.9 °C. In short: no heat stress, no shivering — ideal for anyone who loves the Mediterranean but not the heat, as noted in our Weather Update Cala Millor: Warm, Cloudy and Dry on 14 September 2025.
Perceived temperature and well-being
What the thermometer shows is what you feel: a morning perceived temperature of 18.8 °C, and just over 23 °C during the day. That's exactly what you hope for on a late September day: breezy enough for cycling and running, but warm enough to sit outside after a walk. The cafés along the promenade open their terraces — the waiters don’t hurriedly put chairs away, they prefer to set out a few more glasses.
Air pressure, humidity and wind
The measurements are stable: air pressure at around 1019 hPa, humidity at about 52%. A light to moderate wind blows from the southwest (heading 208°) at roughly 6.2 m/s with gusts around 6.4 m/s. Just enough to keep the beach chairs from looking lonely and to make the palms rustle, but not strong enough to lift a sunshade.
Cloud cover, chance of rain and conclusion
Cloud cover is about 44% and the chance of rain is practically 0%. That means sun-lovers get their light, shade-lovers find shelter under the umbrellas and in the street cafés. For walkers, cyclists and anyone who prefers a relaxed pace, it’s a great day.
A little tip from the neighborhood: around 5:00 PM the pier is especially beautiful. The fishermen sort their nets, the beach bars don’t hurriedly put chairs away and the air takes on a cool but pleasant note — the perfect time for a glass of white wine before you need the jacket, as also described in Cala Millor on September 17: Cloudy, mild and perfect for a breather. So: open the window, step outside — Cala Millor shows its cozy side today.
