Art, Bodywork and a Bit of Mallorca Magic: Vernissage in Santa Ponsa on May 20
It is one of those special May evenings when the promenade of Santa Ponsa is still full of strollers in light jackets, children speeding along the quay on scooters, and the occasional sound of a distant drill – and precisely then something different is planned indoors: art that relates to the body and good intentions. On May 20 from 5:00 PM, Eazy Vital World at Carrer Gran Via Puig Castellet 1, Bloque 2, Local 1a in 07180 Santa Ponsa will open its doors for a special vernissage by artist Robin K. Bieber.
Those who enter the space will not only see pictures on the wall. The event connects artistic works with a focus on energy, change and lightness. These are not static panels but curated installations that deliberately reference bodily perception and inner balance. Imagine small impulses for body and mind: light, shapes, perhaps a scent that evokes memories – all arranged so visitors do not just look but feel.
The special thing about this evening is that Eazy Vital World will present its own concepts and applications. In other words: between the exhibits there will be opportunities to gain insights into the treatments and ideas of the venue. A few trial sessions, short demonstrations or explanations of methods related to well-being and bodywork will make the vernissage a kind of salon where art and practice enrich each other. There will be subdued background music, drinks and small bites – everything arranged so the atmosphere remains relaxed and open.
And because life on Mallorca also always has a sense of community, as with seasonal events such as Golden Mackerel, Tapas and Art: Autumn Fairs in Mallorca (10–12 Oct 2025), the evening has a clear charitable purpose: all proceeds will be donated to the children’s foundation Amics de la Infància in Mallorca. Additionally, a raffle with attractive prizes will be held to further support the foundation. No big promises, just concrete help through entrance fees, donations and ticket sales – a simple way to combine enjoyment of art with solidarity.
For many visitors the evening becomes a small oasis, as with other local happenings such as Ten Days of Dirndls, Beer Steins and Sea Breeze: Oktoberfest in Santa Ponsa Begins on October 17; you stroll up from the seafront promenade, watch the last sun rays slide past the glass and find calm and stimulus inside. It’s the kind of event where you later say to yourself: I’m glad I went. You meet neighbors, holidaymakers, people from the wellness scene – and perhaps a young artist whose language you didn’t know before but who gives you a new perspective.
Practical: The vernissage begins at 5:00 PM. Entry is via the address in Santa Ponsa. Those arriving by car will find parking in the side streets; those already nearby can easily combine the visit with dinner on the promenade. The venue itself – Eazy Vital World – provides the understated atmosphere appropriate for an evening that can be both sensual and contemplative.
This combination of art, bodywork and social engagement is a small example of how culture works on the island: locally rooted, open to new things and always mindful of the community, much like Nit de l'Art: Palma's long art night returns.
